My approach to therapy is simple. It’s all about the relationship.
The most important element of effective therapy is a good client-therapist relationship. So, I get to know you first, and we co-create your treatment.
I specialize in online individual therapy for relational trauma, anxiety, boundaries, and life transitions.
I’m here to help you navigate the complexities of life with understanding and compassion.
I help chronic people-pleasers reconnect with themselves, offer tailored support for adolescents and adults, and provide specialized support for those dealing with PTSD and complex trauma.
Therapy should never be “one-size-fits-all.” By combining evidence-based practices with creative therapeutic approaches, we will work together to meet your unique needs through:
COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (CBT)
TRAUMA-INFORMED CARE
ANXIETY REDUCTION & STRESS MANAGEMENT
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PSYCHO-EDUCATION
Because I am committed to making mental health care modern and accessible, I currently offer online appointments.
Online therapy makes finding a therapist that meets your unique needs easy, ensuring a specific treatment.
There are multiple benefits to online therapy:
Convenient for people with limited time due to work or family obligations
Spending less time commuting to and from sessions
More flexible scheduling
Safe and secure privacy through HIPPA-compliant software
Getting the best treatment options available to you that are just as effective as in-person
Are you ready to begin your healing work together? Here’s what you can expect from the process:
In the first session, we will get to know each other. I’ll ask you some background questions such as what brought you to seek out therapy, your current work and home life situation, and more in-depth questions about your family of origin and your current mental health issues.
This is a 15-minute phone call to get more information about therapy and my approach. Use my form to schedule a consultation. Alternatively we can schedule a full session to have more time to see if it is a good fit!

Together we can decide if my therapy services will be a good fit for you. I look forward to connecting. We will check in from week to week to reflect on progress and develop therapeutic goals together.

Yes. Therapy can be helpful to almost everyone, whether it’s for issues like trauma, anxiety, or depression, or just general stress and life transitions. Many people find it helpful to have a safe space to talk about their lives with a trusted person. It’s all about finding the right fit.

At this time, I only offer online/virtual therapy to Massachusetts, Idaho, and Washington residents. You must be in the state when we meet. We will meet through a secure online platform that is HIPAA compliant. You will receive the same high-quality care and attention online as you would in an in-person setting.
-
Individual sessions are 45 minutes long and happen on a weekly basis. Meeting biweekly or monthly will depend on availability. I offer extended sessions, 60-90 minutes, for couples and family therapy, depending on the wants and needs of the clients. If the schedule suggested does not meet your current needs we can work together to create the right fit for you.

I am not currently accepting insurance. I am considered an out-of-network provider. While every insurance plan is different, if you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible to receive partial or full reimbursement through your insurance provider. I recommend calling your insurance provider directly to understand your benefits, and how to submit your claims. I will provide a monthly receipt (called a “Superbill”) which can be submitted so that you can seek reimbursement from your insurance company. This means you pay for services upfront and are reimbursed a portion of what you have paid.
-
If you plan to use insurance to cover the cost of your sessions, you will need a diagnosis. I will provide a diagnosis to your insurance, and that diagnosis will be present in your medical records as well. If you also would like to submit superbills for reimbursement, that diagnosis will need to be provided. If you do not use your insurance at all, you will not need a diagnosis. However, I use a diagnosis loosely in therapy, as the process of therapy will be individualized to you.
-
No. However, I can provide you with referrals for local prescribers.

Each session is scheduled at a frequency agreed upon with the client. Once a session is scheduled, clients must provide 24 hours’ advance notice before their appointment, or they will be required to pay a cancellation/no-show fee of $125.
